The ABSOLUTY Philosophy
Luxury today is no longer defined by abundance alone. It is defined by emotion, authenticity, privacy, beauty, and connection to place.
At ABSOLUTY Antibes, we strive to create homes that feel calm, timeless, and deeply rooted in the Mediterranean way of life. Places designed not only to impress, but to make you slow down. We believe that true luxury is not about excess. It is about space, light, silence, authenticity, and the privilege of experiencing a place with genuine respect.
Our houses are not designed as standardized holiday rentals. They are carefully restored homes, rooted in the history of Old Antibes and thoughtfully prepared for modern Mediterranean living. We greet every single guest personally at check-in, bridging the gap between refined five-star hospitality and the warm, authentic humility that historic architecture naturally commands.
Preserving the spirit of Old Antibes is our everyday commitment. Rather than building new structures, we focus on restoring existing homes and preserving the architectural identity of the old town: stone walls, traditional facades, sea-facing terraces, and gardens hidden behind ancient doors. Our approach is guided by a simple philosophy: protect what already exists and help it live beautifully for decades to come.
Designed for slow Mediterranean living, Old Antibes naturally encourages a slower rhythm. Most experiences are accessible on foot: the beach, the market, cafés, and the shoreline. We encourage our guests to embrace this lifestyle—morning walks for fresh bread, long lunches under the sun, and extended stays that allow visitors to truly experience the Riviera beyond tourism. Furthermore, we work daily with local artisans, independent suppliers, and small businesses to actively support and sustain our vibrant local community.
Thoughtful Choices, Without Compromise
We do not believe in performative sustainability. We believe in thoughtful decisions, made consistently over time to move steadily in the right direction.
